I'm Dr. Remzi Kizilboga, an instructional designer, technologist, and training developer with over 20 years in the field and a Bachelor's, Master's, and Ph.D. in Instructional Design and Technology.

My work sits at the intersection of learning science and practical problem-solving. I've designed and delivered training across higher education and corporate environments, working with diverse learners and complex content areas. The through-line in all of it is a straightforward belief: learning should be accessible and engaging, and it should produce measurable change for the learner and the organization.
